ADMISSION NOTIFICATION FOR BACHELOR OF VOCATIONAL DEGREE (B.VOC.) PROGRAMME ACADEMIC SESSION 2023-2024

GENERAL GUIDELINES

Admission Will Be online. Applicants Are Not Required To Visit The College Campus For Admission Purpose. All Information Pertaining To This Will Be Available In Our Website Www.seramporecollege.ac.in

Admission Will Ordinarily Be IN ORDER OF MERIT. But The College Governing Body Reserves The Right To Use Discretion In Cases Involving The Interest Of The College.

ADMISSION WILL BE PROVISIONAL AND SUBJECT TO CONFIRMATION AFTER VERIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS BY COLLEGE AUTHORITY WHEN STUDENTS REPORT FOR CLASSES IN DUE COURSE.

There Is NO RESERVATION For SC/ST/OBC Candidates. However, They Should Submit Relevant Documents For The Purpose Of Keeping Records.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• HS Passed Or Equivalent In Any Stream (Arts / Commerce / Science) From Academic/ Vocational / Open Schooling Stream Of Any Recognized Colleges Or Universities
• Pass In 3 Years Diploma In Engineering / Technology / Hotel Management
• Any Other Qualification Considered Equivalent To 10 +2 By Govt. Of India (No Age Bar)
• A Candidate With A Higher Qualification Is Also Eligible.

ONLINE SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORMS(B.VOC) : Through College Website (www.seramporecollege.ac.in) From   01.07.2023 (10.00a.m.) To  15.07.2023 (11:55p.m.)

Application Fees : Rs. NIL

Course Fees : “TOURISM & HOTEL MANAGEMENT” : Rs. 20,000/- (Per Semester)

Course Fees : “RETAIL MANAGEMENT” : Rs. 15,000/- (Per Semester)

An Applicant Must Have A valid Mobile Phone Number And email Id.

A Candidate Can Register Only Once.

A Candidate can Apply For Both Courses Provided She/he Fulfils The Minimum Eligibility Criteria.

Separate Application Forms Must Be Submitted For each Course.

All Queries Should Be Sent Through Email To bvocnodalofficer@gmail.com. Candidates Must Not Visit The College Campus For Enquiry Purpose. Email Should Mention Candidate’s Name, Mobile Number, Application Id And Nature Of Problem. Scanned Copies Of Relevant Testimonials Must Be Attached

Any Wrong Entry In Marks Will Make The Candidature Liable To Be Rejected And The Admission Will Stand Cancelled.

Provisional List Of Valid Candidates Will Be Published On 17.07.2023 (12 Noon)

In Case A Candidate Does Not Find Her/his Name In The List Of Valid Candidates, She/he Should Contact Through Email At bvocnodalofficer@gmail.com within 18.07.2023 (12 Noon) Together With Scanned Copies Of Testimonials In Support Of Her/his Claim For Eligibility.

No Application Will Be Received By The College Website In Advance Or After The Last Date And Time Mentioned In This Notice.

The College Authority Reserves The Right To Change The Above-mentioned Dates And Time. The College Authority Will Take No Responsibility For Admission Related Information In Any Other Print/electronic Media.

Admission Will Be Cancelled If The Documents Are Found Not In Conformity With The Declaration In The Forms Submitted On-line.

                                     Original Marksheet Of H.S. Or Equivalent Examination (JPG Format, Max Size 150 KB, Resolution150 DPI).

1. Original Age Proof-Original Admit Card/ Certificate Of Madhyamik Or Equivalent Examination Or Birth Certificate (JPG Format, Max Size 150 KB, Resolution 150 DPI)
2. Photograph And Signature–Each In JPG Format, Max Size 50 KB, Resolution 100 DPI.
3. Migration Certificate For Boards Other Than WBCHSE, WBBME, CISCE, CBSE, NIOS, RabindraMuktaVidyalaya.( JPG Format, Max Size 150 KB, Resolution 150 DPI).
4. For SC/ST/OBC Candidates-Original Caste Certificate From Appropriate Authority As Per West Bengal Domicile Act (JPG Format, Max Size 100 KB, Resolution 100 DPI).
5. Document For B.P.L. Category–B.P.L. Card (JPG Format, Max Size 100 KB, Resolution 100 DPI).

Publication Of Merit List – 1 : 19.07.2023 (4:00PM)

Admission From Merit List 1: 20.07.2023 (00.01 Am) To 20.07.2023 (111.55 Pm)

If Seats Are Available Merit List – 2 Will Be Published On 22.07.2023 (2.00 PM)

Admission From Merit List – 2 : 23.07.2023(2:00pm)to 24.07.2023(12 Noon)
